The most important thing with exercise is that you do it!  Any bit of exercise is helpful.  Park your car at the end of the parking lot.  Take the stairs instead of the elevator.  Walk your dog often -it’s good for both of you and he’ll love you for it!   But, for the fastest way to lose weight, mix your exercises up with speed  intervals in your weight loss program.  You don’t need to work out for  hours to get fast results.  Step up your intensity and you’ll burn the same number of calories or more in less time.  People who incorporate sprints into their cardio workouts lose three times as much body fat!  Do sprints for the fastest way to lose weight quickly!
