<p>Also, drink plenty of water throughout the day.  It will help curb your appetite.  Adding a wedge of lemon helps keep you alkaline.  The body protects itself from toxicity with fat.  A lot of toxins are stored in the fat so as you alkalize your body, it will release the toxins and also the weight.  A good rule of thumb is to drink your current weight  in ounces of water daily.
