Have your testosterone levels checked for the fastest way to lose weight.  Low testosterone levels are common in women who are perimenopause.  If your levels were anything like mine, supplementation may help you feel young and vibrant again!  Your metabolism may speed up and the weight will start to come off.  It sure did for me.  Of course it didn’t just fall off, I was also cardio circuit training, but until I used the testosterone, my weight had a difficult time budging.
